Anonymous writes "We are starting over again on the remodeling. On Monday, Feburary 23, at 8 in the morning, we are beginning on the two closets and the Stutsman Room at the top of the stairs. We need people to come and help spread sizing on all the walls as they are papered so we can give them a new face of paint. If someone is really good at filling in the cracks, come on in!
If you cannot come and wish that you could help, please don't hesitate to send in a donation to Rhonda Blosser. She will see that your money is put to good use. We are almost out of money to fix up the club right now.
Thank you to Jackie Clindaniel for making up a table bouquet for the entrance to the Banquet Room. It is very beautiful. Thank you to Bill Clindaniel too, for making the valences to go in the Banquet Room. He gave us a price that would fit into our budget to get it all done.
A number of people have asked about the Dining Room. That will have to wait until a lot more Fund-Raisers are held for that project. If enough people donated, we could possibly start this year.

Anonymous writes "Everyone needs to notice the lights outside of the main entrance. They have been refurbished!!! Then please take a look at the Entrance Way and the new carpeting past the dining room entrance. Oh, that's right - look inside the Banquet Room. It has been totally remodeled!!! Another huge thank you goes out to Chuck Eaton for all of his brainstorming and know-how to get this project done. Rhonda Blosser was instrumental in purchasing, getting estimates, painting and getting the people together to help get it all done. People that were so supportive in this project were: Cheryl and Bud Jackson, Stoney and Denise Jackson, Phil and Matt Wilson, Mike Porter, Bud Lovejoy, Phil Reed, Jim Pettit, Richard Gardner, and Mike Wilson brought doughnuts on the tough work day. The whole Elks staff was involved in one way or another and their help and spirit were greatly appreciated.
